A strip of land lying adjoining the B1222 in the north west corner of field 3614 is owned by the City of York council. The strip is not fenced off and has been farmed by the vendors however there is no written agreement nor rent paid.
Subsidies & Grants - The farmland is not entered into any Stewardship Agreements but is registered for receipt of BPS payments. Entitlements based on the net eligible area are included in the sale and will be transferred to the purchaser following completion. Payments relating to the 2022 will be retained by the vendors.
