Directions
From the crossroads at Calver by the Eyre Arms pub, take the A623 north west heading towards Stoney Middleton. Follow the road through the village of Stoney Middleton and then a short distance out of the village, take the right hand turning for Eyam on the B6521. Continue along the road into the village and then take the first left hand turning onto Church Street, follow the road for half a mile and then turn Left onto Tideswell Lane and continue up the lane until you see the land as indicated by our “For Sale” board on the left hand side.

Deposits and Completion
The successful purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price upon the fall of the hammer. Please note that proof of identification must also be provided to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. The signing of the Contract of Sale and 10% deposit is legally binding on both parties and completion will occur within 28 days thereafter, unless otherwise stated at the auction. Conditions of Sale
The Conditions of Sale will be deposited at the office of the Auctioneers seven days prior to the sale and will not be read at the sale.
